  • 30-day money-back guarantee covers all new web hosting plans.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@aceintlmedia.com or through our client portal.
  • The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a hosting service.
  • Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

2. Domains, SSL Certificates & Third-Party Services:

  • Domain names, SSL certificates, and other third-party products or licenses are non-refundable once registered, issued, or activated.
  • This is due to industry regulations (e.g., ICANN policies for domains).
  • Please ensure accuracy when ordering these products, as they cannot be changed or refunded once they have been processed.

3. Renewals

  • Renewals of hosting plans, domains, SSLs, or add-ons are non-refundable.
  • To avoid unwanted renewals, you may cancel your service via the client portal before the renewal date.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your hosting service, domain, SSL, or add-on at any time through the client portal or by submitting a written request to info@aceintlmedia.com.
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.
  • No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or services if cancellation occurs before the end of the billing period.
  • For annual or multi-year plans, services will remain active until the end of the paid term unless a refund is approved under the 30-day money-back guarantee (for hosting only).
  • Domains, SSL certificates, and other third-party services will remain active until their expiry date but will not renew automatically if cancelled
